Yes, up to 48 hours before your departure time andĀ on up to 3 occasions.Ā Within 48 hours of your flight we makeĀ binding commitments to ensure your Pilot and Helicopter are reservedĀ for you on the day.

WhatĀ happens if I cannot fly to due COVID-19?

If you're unable to fly with us due to a Covid lockdown orĀ restriction, you can choose to reschedule your flight or receive a full refund.

What happens if the helicopterĀ cannot fly due toĀ bad weather?

Our team will call you up to 2 hours beforeĀ your departureĀ to reschedule your flight or provide a full refund.

Can I get a refund on my Gift Voucher?

Yes, within one month of purchaseĀ andĀ as long asĀ the Gift VoucherĀ hasn't been used.
