    • We really want you to enjoy your experience, so we only fly when the weather allows a safe and comfortable flight. If there's bad weather (low cloud, heavy rain, high winds) on the day, we may need to delay or reschedule your flight. We’ll work with you to choose a new date, or allow you to reschedule at your convenience.
    • If your flight cannot go ahead due to bad weather and you choose not to reschedule, we'll provide a full refund minus any credit card processing fees we've paid on your behalf.

      Can I reschedule or cancel my booking if my plans change?

      • You can reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before departure. If you choose to cancel, we'll provide you with a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

      Are Gift Vouchers refundable?

      • Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable, valid for 3 years, and can be used towards any flight across all our locations.

      Breathtaking and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Rotor One

      Incredible flight and the winery was excellent. I will never forgot the flight back over Melbourne. The scenary was epic over the cityscape! Our pilot, Ed was a pleasure in every way and he actually made our VIP experience so much better.

      There is a downside to this though, I don't think I'll ever be able to drive to a winery ever again..! Heli-wine is the future.

      My final thoughts - do it.! Treat yourself and I'm sure, like me, you won't regret a single thing.

      Fantastic Ride out to a Winery

      Our Pilot Ed took us out for a fantastic afternoon trip to Clyde Park Estate for a great winery lunch. The helicopter ride was awesome and our winery lunch was fantastic. We arranged to arrive a bit later and had the place almost to ourselves. Our Pilot Ed was also a great host. Looking forward to going again.
