Origins of 8 at Trinity

Although this restaurant has not been open for a very long time, it has quickly made a splash in the culinary world. Much of this is thanks to the owner, Natalie Johnson, who is in large responsible for both the design and the menu of the restaurant.

It’s currently an $8 million “pop’up” restaurant with 350 seats, but there is much more in the works. The main project is known as the Trinity Point Development, which will house the brand-new 8 at Trinity, an updated version with new amenities, a modernized look, and more.
