✅ What's included

What's Included in the Beechmont Estate Winery Tour?

The Beechmont Winery helicopter tour is all about getting you to lunch without the hassle. It’s a quick and easy flight, complete with air conditioning and great views, that drops you into the Gold Coast hinterland, where the real fun begins.

At Beechmont Estate, you’ll sit down to a paddock-to-plate dining experience at The Paddock, the estate’s chef-hatted restaurant. The menu changes seasonally and is built around what’s fresh and available in South East Queensland.

You might start with Jerusalem artichoke soup topped with truffle oil, move on to dry-aged market fish with basil cavatelli and pickled cauliflower, or enjoy a fire-grilled Denver steak with beef cheek tortellini and beetroot purée. Each dish is about regional produce and simple flavour.

➕ Special Add-Ons

Optional Add-Ons

You can also choose a five-course paddock tasting menu, which gives you a structured meal of the kitchen’s best ideas at the time.

You can add a wine pairing to this for a more complete experience, with options ranging from light Eden Valley Riesling to deep Barossa Shiraz. The pairing is designed to complement each course, but if you prefer to order separately, the wine list has plenty of range.

The setting is elegant but not stuffy. You’ll be eating either inside in a warm timber-lined room or out on the deck overlooking rolling green hills and pockets of rainforest. The staff know the menu well and strike a balance between service and giving you space to enjoy.

If you’re booking this tour, the helicopter is just the beginning. The main reason to go is the food, the wine, and the chance to spend an afternoon in nature, eating something delicious.
